MEMBERSHIP DUESIn order to provide the best possible experience for our members, membership dues are a necessary part of sustaining our ensemble for years to come. These dues go towards providing equipment, music, copies, programs, flyers, venue fees, and annual maintenance for the ensemble.
TAMUSA STUDENTS DO NOT PAY ANY DUES.* Members have two payment options for the season: REGULAR MEMBERS
$20 per concert cycle HIGH SCHOOL and TAMUSA STUDENTS NO FEE TO JOIN!! Payments can be made online or in person at rehearsal by cash, check, or credit card.

Q: How do I become a member of SACWE?
A: We are so glad you are considering "Making Music With Us!" Becoming a member is easy:
Q: Do I need to bring my own instrument to rehearsals?
A: Yes, if possible. If you are a woodwind or brass player that has an instrument available to you, please bring it back and forth to rehearsals. For Tuba and other large instruments, we may be able to provide assistance. Contact our Program Director for more information about rentals. PERCUSSION: Please bring your own sticks and mallets if available. We have timpani, snare, bass drum, and a full range of mallet and auxiliary percussion available for performances. Again, for any questions or concerns about instrument rental or usage, please contact Albert Aguilar, Musical Director and Conductor.
Q: What are Membership Dues used for? How much are dues?

Q: When and Where are Rehearsals?
A: Rehearsals are always on Sunday evenings from 3:30pm to 6:00pm. Our rehearsal location may vary, please make sure you are part of our communication circuit so you never miss a beat!
Q: Where is a good place to rent or get my instrument repaired?
A: We know, we know. You haven't played in a long while, and you need to shake that rust off, not just your chops but literally off that horn! SACWE recommends the following locations for top notch instrument care, rental, and repair:

A: We are so glad you are considering "Making Music With Us!" Becoming a member is easy:
- Step 1: Email Albert Aguilar, our Membership Coordinator, Albert Aguilar at sacwe@crossmen.org with your Name, Instrument, and questions!
- Step 2: Get in with our communication circuit. We use our Closed Facebook group as a main means for communication. You can request entry to the group by clicking here.
- Step 3: Come to a rehearsal! We post our latest and greatest information on location the day of rehearsal, but we will normally be at Texas A&M University - San Antonio. Rehearsals are always Sunday evenings from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. When you come out to our first rehearsal, get in contact with Albert Aguilar for your final steps to becoming an official member.
